1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ParroNote. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and ParroNote ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ParroNote mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy is designed for recording, transcribing, and managing audio content. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.

8. Prohibited Uses

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Subscription fees are subject to change upon notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App and your use thereof.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Third-Party Links and Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by Turkish courts. 17. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to your use of the App.
